For the past several years, our top technicians worked closely with R&D experts to develop a hair care product line that would satisfy the needs of today’s hair client. Often over-processed and sometimes chemically abused, today’s hair textures are in dire need of repair and strengthening. Hair coloring clients begin at an early age (sometimes as young as 12-years-old), and other chemical hair processes are introduced and re-applied on a more frequent basis. With all of the environmental pollution and styling products bombarding hair these days, is it any wonder that more and more problems are surfacing, including dullness, thinning, breakage, and overall lack of vitality?
Given the sheer number of clients that cross the threshold of Gerard Bollei Salon every day, our staff decided to create a solution to the current state of hair affairs by developing a line of hair care products that would resolve matters effectively and simply. The result of their expertise and research is Bollei Blends™–aptly named since the line’s ingredients consist of a blend of natural herbs (in particular Aloe Vera), up-to-date technology and aromatherapeutic ingredients that together combat the stress that is often at the root of most hair problems. Our line consists of two shampoos (Refresh and Damage Control), two conditioners (Comfort and Balm), and a hair fixer called Antidote. Antidote, featured in Redbook Magazine was developed by our staff to fix chemically damaged hair that is about to self-destruct. Our exclusive “low carb” 100% liquid protein treatment is formulated with some of the world’s finest healing herbs and vitamins, resulting in a dramatic improvement.
